Return & Exchange Policy

At Virsa by Faisalabad, we are committed to delivering the finest fabric and a premium experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange or return within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

You may qualify for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• Wrong item: The product received does not match your order or the online description.
• Defect / damage: The fabric has a manufacturing defect, stain, or missing items.
• Damaged packaging: The parcel was delivered in a damaged condition.
• Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer or JazzCash within 10–12 working days after we have received and inspected the returned parcel.
• Return shipping is arranged with our team when your return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized / altered orders: Products that have been customized, stitched, or cut to non-standard lengths on request are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
• Alteration errors: If a customization error occurs on our end, please share proof (pictures) via WhatsApp or email with the subject line “Error in Alteration”. Our team will review and resolve the case promptly.

Delivery

We offer free delivery all over Pakistan. Unstitched orders are delivered within 3–5 working days.
